Kanata Con 2024 Registration

How much does the Con cost?

$25 for a two-day pass$15 for a one-day pass

Interested in attending?

There are two ways to register:
(1) Advance online registration (highly recommended)

• Pre-registration is now closed. On-site registration will be available on the days of the Con.

(2) In-person registration at the door 

• Talk to a volunteer at the Kanata Con front desk
• Pay for your pass (cash or using Square) 
• A badge for the Con will be created for you on-site​

Interested in volunteering?

Our events rely on volunteer support and we encourage you to apply! We are looking for volunteers to assist in the following roles: front desk intake, demoing games, helping with the consignment sale and more!

Volunteering offers several benefits including:

• For each 4-5 hour shift on the day you are volunteering, you will be provided a badge for the convention
• Entry into a volunteer only raffle for the demo games (up to three entries)
• Receive a Kanata Con volunteer t-shirt
• Be provided a meal voucher
• Receive training on your roles and the convention’s policies

Intéressé à simplement participer?

Il y a deux façons de s'inscrire :

(1) Inscription anticipée en ligne (fortement recommandée)

• Les préinscriptions sont désormais closes. Les inscriptions sur place seront possibles les jours du congrès.

(2) Inscription en personne à la porte

• Parlez à un bénévole à la réception du Kanata Con
• Payez votre passe (argent comptant ou avec Square)
• Un badge pour le Con sera créé pour vous sur place.

Vous souhaitez faire du bénévolat?

Notre événement repose sur le soutien de bénévoles et nous vous encourageons à postuler ! Nous recherchons des bénévoles pour nous aider dans les rôles suivants : réception, démonstration de jeux, aide à la vente en consignation et plus encore!

Le bénévolat offre plusieurs avantages, notamment :

• Pour chaque quart de travail de 4 à 5 heures le jour de votre bénévolat, vous recevrez un gratuitement badge pour la journée.
• Vous serez admissible à un tirage au sort réservé aux bénévoles pour des jeux de démonstration (jusqu'à trois participations)
• Recevez un t-shirt de bénévole de Kanata Con
• Bénéficier d'un repas ou d'un bon de repas
• Recevez une formation sur vos rôles et les politiques de la convention
